Business Privilege Tax

Business Privilege Tax (BPT) is an annual flat tax of $240 imposed upon those who conduct business in the Borough.  This includes  landlords of rental properties and home-based businesses.  Tax forms will be mailed out and collected by Berkheimer Associates in October.  If this tax applies to you and you did not receive a form, please contact the Berkheimer.  BPT filing and payment is due December 2023.
