Draft Stormwater Management Ordinance

Ambler Borough Council will be considering a draft model ordinance created by Montgomery County intended to achieve continuing compliance with Act 167.  Title 26, Part 4 of the codified ordinance will include a new Part 4 to be called “Ambler Borough Stormwater Management Ordinance.”  Copies of the proposed language for the ordinance with ordinance attachments are available.  Click on the ‘Draft Stormwater Management Ordinance’ heading.
