A Federal Disaster Declaration which was declared on September 10th and September 11th makes federal funding available to impacted individuals in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and York counties. Assistance can include grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans to cover uninsured property losses, and other programs to help individuals and business owners recover from the effects of Hurricane Ida.
