FIREWORKS The Ambler Police Department wants to remind residents of PA, Act 74 of 2022 which establishes rules and regulations regarding the use of Fireworks. We would like to highlight the below listed conditions in the Act which makes setting off fireworks mostly anywhere in Ambler illegal due to the distance regulation and the ownership of the property requirements listed below. Cannot be discharged within 150 feet of a building or vehicle regardless if the building or vehicle is owned by the user of the consumer fireworks. Cannot be ignited or discharged on public or private property without express permission of the property owner.
