Ambler Borough Water Department has partnered with InvoiceCloud, to launch a new payment platform for our customers! This new platform allows us to let customers know when bills are ready to be viewed, when invoices are due, and provides many options for payment. These options include scheduling payments, scheduling automatic deductions, paying online with credit/debit cards and echecks, as well as partnering with new vendors like Venmo, Paypal, and Apple Wallet to make payments easy and convenient. If you have an email address associated with your account, you may receive an email from InvoiceCloud letting you know your water bill is ready to review. However, you will still receive your paper bill unless and until you decide to opt for paperless billing. Although there are new online payment options, you can still pay via check, money order, or cash if that is your preferred method of payment.
