Storm Damage Assessments

If you have suffered damage during the September 1st / September 2nd storm event please click the below link to fill out the assessment form.    This form is used to gather information from Residents (Owners and Renters) and Business Owners who have sustained disaster related damage to their property.   The Borough asks you to fill out this form in its entirely to the best of your ability. Please note that this information will be shared with Local, County, State and/or Federal Emergency Management Stakeholders.
