The Flats at Ambler Station Conditional Use Application

At the Planning Commission on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, the Planning Commission will be reviewing “The Flats at Ambler Station (North &South sides of Maple Avenue at Septa Station / Wissahickon Avenue)” conditional use application to relocate existing Hatch office tenant 37,000 +/- sqft, construction of 231 multifamily units, 5,000 +/- sqft retail, and 510 parking spaces in two buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge over Maple Avenue.
