TUES., May 11 (11:00 p.m.) to WED., May 12 (6:00 a.m.) Ambler Water Dept. will conduct routine system hydrant flushing at the following locations in UPPER DUBLIN – Ft. Washington Ave (at Pennsylvania and between Loch Alsh & Susquehanna), Hawthorne, Donna, Wallace, Stevens, Thomas, Hadden, Kenyon, Nash & Victor. Check back often for updated flushing schedule. We suggest you bypass the water softener for several days until we are through flushing in this area. If you experience discolored water, DO NOT OPEN THE HOT WATER SIDE OF YOUR FAUCET as this will bring the discolored water into the hot water tank. RUN COLD WATER only from your faucet for several minutes. Continue repeating this process until the water runs clear.
