Ambler Water Dept. will conduct routine system hydrant flushing Wednesday October 7, 2026 between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Forest Avenue and Hendricks Street in Ambler Borough as well as Loch Alsh Avenue, Cedar Road, Heather Road, Hoffman Road, Argyle Avenue, Ardross Avenue, Douglas Street, and Meadowbrook Avenue in Upper Dublin Township. Check back often for current daily flushing schedule.
If you experience discolored water, DO NOT OPEN THE HOT WATER SIDE OF YOUR FAUCET as this will bring the discolored water into the hot water tank. RUN COLD WATER only from your faucet for several minutes. Continue repeating this process until the water runs clear.
