The Borough of Ambler Code Enforcement Office provides fair and comprehensive enforcement of borough ordinances, which include junk, debris, trash, nuisance, weeds, zoning, and rental/leased property maintenance.
All code department permits applications are available online. Please be aware that the borough does not issue resale Use and Occupancy permits for single-family residential properties.
The borough tries to make the permit process as simple as possible for homeowners, business owners, and contractors.
Residents are encouraged to work together in a cooperative and friendly manner to resolve minor concerns before contacting the Code Enforcement Department for assistance. Working together, we can continue to provide and maintain safe, clean and attractive neighborhoods.
